If you haven’t read Linchpin, stop everything, go directly to Amazon.com, do not pass go. Seth Godin’s latest book masterfully challenges us to examine our assumptions about what constitutes education, what it means to be essential in this new economy, and ultimately what our personal responsibility is for our success and our failures.

Have you ever felt so consumed in the to-do of returning emails & phone messages that you forget the who?
The confusing irony of technology is - the more “connected” we become, the more overwhelmed, isolated, and alone we can feel.
For today, take a moment to connect to the human being behind each communication. Notice how much better you feel…. and perhaps how much better they respond.

Designed to enhance our lives, technology is now driving our lives. Have you ever wondered if you are OverWired. Do you ever find yourself sleeping with your cell phone, listening to your partner while reading the paper online, scanning emails in the grocery check out, eating while on a conference call, or texting while on the toilet? If so it just might be time to a tech cleanse.

Close the Leadership Gaps |
If we know that everything we crave is outside our current comfort zone, why is it so hard to step into that gap? When we “go for” something we want, it often necessitates that we leave behind something we know. Familiarity breeds likeness: We like things that we know.
How might you become so comfortable going after wSavehat you crave, that “the gap” becomes your new comfort zone?
AIMing to close the gaps,
Camille

In a brilliant branding move, Dove Chocolates has branded their chocolate squares as a much deserved opportunity to indulge ourselves, to enjoy a “Me Time Moment.” In addition, each of these beautifully wrapped packages of chocolate decadence contains an inspirational thought.
In our OverWired world, we crave opportunities to step back, exhale and experience richness. How are you creating “Me Time Moments” for yourself?
AIMing for even more indulgence,
Camille
