At the heart of AIM Leadership, is a desire to re-connect, re-engage, and re-inspire people to Awaken their Inner Mastery. At my core, I believe that we all have even more to give. Too often we stop short of mastery – denying ourselves and those we love of our true gifts.
There are a thousands of reasons we settle for “mediocrity.” Lack of time, lack of focus, lack of courage… What would happen if we put our A%** on the line and really pursued our dreams? If you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you try to master?

The fourth agreement of Don Miguel Ruiz’s book The Four Agreements is Do your Best.
We all know the feeling of “giving it our all” – regardless of what happens, regardless of what the results are, regardless of how things “land” – we will know in our hearts – that we have given it our best.
Always do your Best “Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.”
AIMing for the best,
Camille |

This blog was inspired by the third agreement in Don Miguel Ruiz’s book The Four Agreements:
Don’t Make Assumptions “Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.”
Sounds so simple, so easy, so priceless… and yet many people assume that they don’t need it in their lives.

We are our best, our most effective, our most fulfilled – when we are dancing through life embracing all of us.
When life is “GREAT” – we are embracing our full self.

The Second of Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements:
Don’t Take Anything Personally: “Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.”
A mentor of mine often reminds me that “life doesn’t happen to us… it happens for us…”
