In years past, women have been celebrated for their ability to “multi-task” – cooking dinner while helping the kids complete their homework. And yet, to be successful in this day and age, we must move beyond multi-tasking – to multi-minding.
Our attention is often split between our different responsibilities: as an employee, as an intimate partner, as a son/daughter, as a sibling, as a friend. We also need to consistently shift our focus from: work, health, finances, spirituality...
Tomorrow’s leaders are able to toggle between different roles because they have different strategies for navigating.
AIMing to lead even more, Camille
