Leaders are well aware of the need for perspective. To see the situation as it is, not worse than it is. They address the situation at hand, rather than make it more complex.
Leaders master the ability to ‘chunk upward’ to see the key global message and to ‘chunk down’ to see the details in the moment that matter. Most of all, they are able to deliver what is called for, in that moment.
