Using relevant, on-the-go learning, AIM Facilitators inspire groups to communicate more effectively, innovate before challenges arise, and sustain collaboration in creating strategic solutions. Participants clarify where they want to be, what are current (and potential) conflicts and how to proceed through specific tangible steps. AIM Facilitators watch leaders in action to provide real-time feedback, insights and encouragement. Over time, AIM Coaches ensure learning is incorporated into work environments and embedded into on-going team meetings.
