The urgent too often overshadows that which is most important. Developmental planning is essential for leaders to balance delivering results today with preparing for the future. AIM Leadership makes sure this happens, easily. AIM Coaches are trained and certified by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to design developmental plans that align an individual’s development with business strategy, thus creating maximum impact. Together with the leader, we thoroughly analyze both his/her current state (strengths, weaknesses, career challenges, future needs, etc.) and his/her desired state (where the leader would like to be in 6 months, one year, five years, etc.). Assessments include direct managers, superiors, teams, clients and beyond. AIM Leadership brings sensitivity, flexibility and a wealth of resources to co-create comprehensive customized plans that incorporate tangible goals, clear priorities and explicit implementation strategies. As a result of AIM Developmental Planning, leaders constantly mature, select strategic practice growth opportunities more effectively; prioritize, organize, and structure their work time consistently; as well as measure impact over time.
