AIM Leadership associates collaborate to address client needs. Associates have extensive experience and expertise including leadership development, training, wellness and human resources.
Dr. Rabin is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in partnering with clients to improve leadership, teams, and organizational performance. He actively trains and supervises consultants active in the field of executive development and leadership. Gustavo teaches - or has taught - at the University of Buenos Aires, at Antioch University, and at Stanford University and leads personal and professional development workshops at Esalen Institute. His clients include major corporations in a range of industries: high-tech, bio-tech, professional services, financial, educational institutions and public work. Current and recent projects have included AMD, Roche Molecular, MacroVision, Spansion, Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati, PDL BioPharma, Yahoo, UC Berkeley and Stanford University. As an international corporate attorney, he has worked as a consultant for private and public organizations in different parts of the world, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, the development of international relations, and mediation.
Stacy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Washington after which she became a CPA with Arthur Young’s Silicon Valley office. She then launched into the exciting world of start-up biotech. After IPO and a secondary offering she made the shift back to high-tech by joining Hewlett Packard where she helped establish HP’s consumer direct business before her role as a World-Wide Director of Strategy and Planning in their consumer operations. Her clients span a wide array of industries and actively move towards achieving their strategies and approaches.
He has consulted with various organizations on the design, development and implementation of leadership development programs and has been successful in coaching and developing effective and productive teams. He serves as adjunct faculty and coach for leadership development programs delivered by the National Leadership Institute at University of Maryland University College and the Center for Creative Leadership. Courville has his PhD in Psychology and Religion from the University of Ottawa (Ontario, Canada). His dissertation, entitled Coach, Therapist, or Spiritual Director, examined the historical roots, therapeutic and spiritual antecedents, and new directions of professional coaching. In March 2007, he presented on this topic at the American Psychological Association’s annual meeting in Columbia, Md. He holds a M.Ed. in Counseling from Loyola University (New Orleans). He received his BA in philosophy from Loyola University and his BS in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He studied at the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, AZ; he received his certificate of Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
As a coach, Margie has a special interest in helping professional women develop their unique leadership ability and find the courage to pursue the goals that inspire them – personally and professionally - with greater success, fulfillment and balance! She also works with individuals and teams within organizations to enhance communication, grow trust, strengthen leadership and develop individual potential. Margie speaks regularly to audiences across the United States in Fortune 500 companies, national associations and professional services organizations. Her clients include Accenture, American Airlines, American Business Women's Association, British Telecom Americas, ExxonMobil, Medical Society of Virginia, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Sabre Holdings, Southern Methodist University and Verizon.
In 1988 he was named the Outstanding Airman of the Year for the Nevada Air National Guard, and was later one of twelve airman selected nationwide representing the Air National Guard as Airman of the Year. In 1990 he attended the Academy of Military Science and was commissioned as a 2nd. Lieutenant. Colonel Berry has won numerous national awards in the area of Leadership and Diversity and is known nationally for his work in these areas for both the military and the private sector. Known as a change agent in personal and organizational transformation, Colonel Berry’s vast leadership and training experience spans public and private sectors. His skills were refined in a celebrated 25-year career in the Reno Nevada Police Department. He retired as the Assistant Chief of Police and was nationally known and recognized for his work in the areas of diversity and leadership. In March of 2009, Ondra Berry was promoted to Colonel. Colonel Berry believes that each human being has greatness inside of them and believes that his role is to encourage each person to unleash their full potential. This principle has inspired Colonel Berry to commit his life to inspire those within his sphere of influence to realize and actualize their hidden potential.
Krista has developed and taught workshops in teambuilding, leadership, personal mastery and integrity, coaching, individual effectiveness and integral learning. She has served as Director of Trainings of a major US training company, trained other trainers and designed experiential learning courses in both business and private sectors. She has led and or co-led large group experiential learning courses internationally. She is responsible for co-developing an experiential undergraduate curriculum on human development at Washington State University and an innovative teacher-mentoring program in Sacramento, California.
Aaron Wolff is committed to empowering individuals and teams to experience their true potential. Aaron developed his career as a Process Engineer and Team Manager in the US, China and throughout Europe and is now applying his knowledge and expertise with AIM Leadership. Valuing cross-cultural teamwork and developing international business strategies he has worked among the Western and Eastern parts of the world. With the foundation of trust, Aaron is constantly developing himself and other dedicated executives and entrepreneurs. Crossing the borders of communication and leadership, he has worked with high school leaders, college training programs, and international business executives. He has received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Delaware, is certified in NLP strategies and coaching.
